Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales, pre-orders, or limited drops, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (South Africa Only)

We ship nationwide via PUDO.

If you choose Locker to Locker, you'll receive an SMS/email with a PIN/QR code once your parcel reaches your selected locker. Please collect your parcel promptly — PUDO lockers hold parcels for a limited time (typically 24–48 hours) before they're returned to sender. If you choose Locker to Door, your parcel will be delivered directly to your address — no collection needed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or high order volumes (e.g. Black Friday, festive season).

Anime Nuggets currently ships within South Africa only — we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Because we sell collectibles, we take packaging seriously — items are shipped with protective packaging to minimise transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

Contact us within [7] days of the expected delivery date at mwhoosen@gmail.com.
Include your order number and photos of the item/packaging (for damage claims).
We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or courier claim as appropriate.

Locker Selection

We will ship your parcel to a locker closest to you (if this option is chosen), if you prefer a particular locker please let us know as soon as you place your order.
