Our Commitment

We want you to love your Anime Nuggets order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if you've simply changed your mind, provided:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Change-of-mind returns are sent back to us via PUDO at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, you'll be refunded the item price (excluding original shipping fees) within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or issued store credit if you prefer.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mwhoosen@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.
We'll cover the cost of the return shipping via PUDO.
We'll send a replacement, issue a full refund, or provide store credit — your choice, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

Blind box / mystery / gacha-style items, once opened.
Limited edition drops and pre-order items, once dispatched — these are produced or sourced in limited runs and treated as final sale.
Items that have been used, displayed out of packaging, or damaged after delivery through no fault of ours.

How to Start a Return

Email mwhoosen@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty. We'll confirm eligibility and, if approved, provide instructions for sending the item back to us via PUDO.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, and paid back via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
